The drive for customer’s efficiency has led Viper Industrial Products to distribute our own line of pallet machines for the automation inclined customer. We offer three types of pallet machines including the Woody, the Honey Badger, and the TimberWolf. These pallet machines help alleviate labor pressure and support your production goals. The Woody

The Woody is capable of building up to 600 or more pallets a day with one operator. Perfect for tighter spaces, The Woody offers reliable production for new pallets. With limited experience, a novice operator can be a high producer.

The Honey Badger

For reman and combo pallets, The Honey Badger incorporates a unique clamping method into the machine that both holds the deck boards down and also prevents the boards from shifting front to back. A laser mounted forwards of the tools and rolling gantry measures the upcoming deck boards to compute nail spacing for firing. These features can accommodate different thicknesses and widths of boards without making any extra adjustments to the machine. Whether you have 4” boards, 6” boards, curved boards or cupped boards… the Honey Badger just don’t care!

The TimberWolf

The TimberWolf automates the pallet manufacturing process and reduces manpower needed to build pallets in record time. At 1,200 pallets per day with just two operators, The TimberWolf can help your business’ production grow. Nationwide Industrial Distributor

Viper Industrial Products was founded in Sept 2009 and made its first sale in January of 2010. In July 2010 a staff of 3 were hired to support customers in the pallet nail market in AR, MO, LA, and TN. 

In 2016, to fill a void in automated pallet manufacturing, Viper, in conjunction with a long-time customer, developed a specialized pallet machine to minimize physical demands and maximize production. Later to be named the Honey Badger, one operator could build remanufactured pallets from recycled material with ease. The success of this machine led to further innovation in launching a vertical pallet machine, the Woody. Again with a focus on productivity, The Woody builds new pallets with a single operator. Continuing to look for opportunities to improve, The TimberWolf, a fully automated machine, hit the ground running in 2021. Well over a decade later, Viper Industrial Products has added a larger facility with more office and warehouse space, a larger service center, and now a staff of 10 serving customers in a variety of industries nationwide.
