The Honey Badger
For reman and combo pallets, The Honey Badger incorporates a unique clamping method into the machine that both holds the deck boards down and also prevents the boards from shifting front to back. A laser mounted forwards of the tools and rolling gantry measures the upcoming deck boards to compute nail spacing for firing. These features can accommodate different thicknesses and widths of boards without making any extra adjustments to the machine. Whether you have 4” boards, 6” boards, curved boards or cupped boards… the Honey Badger just don’t care!
